Backpackers paradise has everything that makes backpackers hearts leap, hanging around in jungle huts, cheap cruises on the Mekong, a ride in a tube on the Mekong river and night markets with colorful bags and T-shirts (mass-produced in China not handmade) with stupid prints for Beerlao and same-same-but-different. We found a lovely Boutique Hotel to relax in Luang Prabang, La Residence Phou Vao.
